Today's chat was EXACTLY what the Hive is meant to do — bring together two people who have much to share and much to learn, in a low-stress setup, with just enough time to engage. What a great afternoon conversation, and I can't wait to keep in touch with my new friend.

It was great speaking with Senyo, and to learn about their organization in Ghana, he's super positive and really determined to help the youth in the main city, Accra to be well equipped and be able to learn, be active and be empowered for the future. We'll stay in touch and I'll see how I can help them out and gain experience in work in Ghana.

It was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to meet with Sabine. I was able to get some great perspective on how development works outside of the US and we have a mutual interest in building programs and working with early stage nonprofits. It is always so great to be able to connect through the Hive; even if someone is 8000 miles away!

This was my first chat on the Nonprofit Hive and it was so good! Waking up and spending the first 30-minutes of the day with like-minded people is so powerful. This was a great opportunity for me to grow my network and learn that it isn't necessarily who you know, but who knows you! :)

We had a great chat about challenges in the field and resources we know of to address them. It was great to hear echoes of my experiences while getting a different perspective. This was my first Hive chat, but it's set a high bar and I'm very hopeful for everything to come from this community.

It was really lovely connecting with the founder of a nonprofit who lives across the country. We spoke about challenges we're facing as nonprofit professionals, as well as things we are excited about for our organizations in 2024!

I enjoyed speaking with Kim. It made me feel less alone. The conversation validated that my challenges are not isolated. Topics included lack of capacity, inability to plan ahead, being reactive, being short staffed. It was also nice to speak with someone working within the nonprofit sector in the area that I least enjoy - development.

I am new to the fundraising role and it has been a great experience networking with other people working in nonprofits. I love learning new ways on how you can be successful in your role
