Create Your Default Engagement Routes
If you are creating a default engagement route for negative experiences and you intend to utilize that route for numerous storyteller types, we suggest the following:
- Use the “Thank You Message” to thank them for their story/feedback. Within the same copy, encourage them to share their contact details with you so that you can resolve any issues.
- Turn on “Request Follow Up”.
- Save the Engagement Route.
If a negative experience was had, you will want to get to the bottom of it on a personal and human level. The settings above will help you do just that.
