Create Your Default Engagement Routes

If you are creating a default engagement route for negative experiences and you intend to utilize that route for numerous storyteller types, we suggest the following:

  1. Use the “Thank You Message” to thank them for their story/feedback. Within the same copy, encourage them to share their contact details with you so that you can resolve any issues.
  2. Turn on “Request Follow Up”.
  3. Save the Engagement Route.

If a negative experience was had, you will want to get to the bottom of it on a personal and human level. The settings above will help you do just that.
